Event submissions are sent by email. We use organizer contact details to review, verify, edit, and follow up on listings. Public event details such as the event name, public venue, date, time, public link, public organizer name, and description may appear on the calendar, in the .ics feed, and in the newsletter. Private follow-up contact details are not published unless you clearly ask us to publish them. See the privacy and data practices page.

The fine print

We review every submission before it goes on the calendar — usually within a couple of days. Listing is at our editorial discretion.
Listings are free for community events. For promoting a commercial offer, sale, or business launch, see sponsorships instead.
Events should take place in (or be directly relevant to) Barrhaven, Stonebridge, Half Moon Bay, or South Nepean.
Accepted events appear on the community calendar, in the .ics feed, and may be featured in the Tuesday newsletter.
