Scott Street between Bayview Station Road and Parkdale Avenue closes Monday, July 27 at 7 a.m. for watermain repairs. That stretch is nowhere near Barrhaven, but OC Transpo says route 75, the Barrhaven Centre route, will be detoured in both directions between Bayview Station Road and Parkdale Avenue by way of Burnside Avenue, and the City says routes 12, 13, 57, 61 and 75 may experience some delays. Stops 7332, 8045, 7334 and 7333 will be temporarily closed, with temporary stops added along the detour. The City says Scott Street is scheduled to reopen Sunday, August 2 at 5 a.m. for IRONMAN Canada-Ottawa and may close again Tuesday, August 4 if the work is not finished, so riders should check OC Transpo before travelling.
