The City of Ottawa has released an OttaTalk episode with Ottawa Fire Services Fire Prevention Officers Leanne Labbee and Andrew Watson, taking listeners room by room through common home fire hazards and safety checks. The episode points residents to the City's fire-safety guidance on alarms, extinguishers, indoor and outdoor fire risks, and community fire-prevention education — useful follow-up for Barrhaven households after recent local fire-safety stories.
