The Barrhaven BugleHome / News / OC Transpo brings a customer…

The City of Ottawa says OC Transpo is running a series of customer information sessions across the city this summer, and one of them is close to home: Tuesday, August 11 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Nepean Sportsplex. A Zoom webinar session runs Thursday, August 13 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. for residents who would rather join online. The City says General Manager Rick Leary and OC Transpo staff will discuss how the Customer-First Action Plan will improve the customer experience and outline the major service enhancements that will support the expected increase in ridership this fall. The City says residents will have the chance to ask questions and share comments on how OC Transpo can continue to improve their transit experience. Residents are asked to register on Engage Ottawa to confirm they are attending.
