Barrhaven Scottish flags no-dog enforcement at Ken Ross Park

Barrhaven Scottish RFC’s June 14 president’s update told members that by-law officers had been at Ken Ross Park on both Saturday and Sunday enforcing the park’s no-dog rule. The club says people with dogs may be asked to leave or face a fine, a useful reminder for families heading to rugby or park activities there.
