The Ministry of Transportation of Ontario says noise-barrier and highway-improvement work on Highway 417 eastbound between Carling Avenue and the Rochester Avenue off-ramp will continue until late summer. The rightmost eastbound lane is closed through the work zone, ramps around the work may close nightly as needed, and the westbound Lyon Street on-ramp is closed until July 31; drivers should plan for congestion and delays.
