Evergreen Family Health Centre expanding to second Nepean location

Evergreen Family Health Centre, a family medicine clinic at Unit 206, 1637 Woodroffe Avenue in Nepean, says on its website that it is expanding and will soon open a second location at 30 Concourse Gate, Nepean, listed as "opening soon." The clinic offers preventive care, chronic disease management and acute illness treatment, and online registration for new patients is open for those with valid Ontario health coverage. Walk-in appointments run weekdays at the Woodroffe Avenue site for unregistered patients, and Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for both registered and unregistered patients, with urgent cases seen first.
